Holiday Smoothies to Get You Through the Winter

Are you worried about keeping your health on track this winter? Look no further, we have delicious protein shake recipes for you! Just add all the ingredients in a blender, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice:

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup non-fat milk, or soy, rice or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice

Gingersnap:

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 1 cup non-fat milk, or soy, rice or almond milk
  • 1 cup of ice

Strawberry Cheesecake:

-Snickerdoodle:

  • 1 scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 cup of  non-fat milk, or soy, rice or almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablepsoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of ice
