Bulu Workout Warriors Series – Tabata

The Bulu crew is always on the hunt for new and exciting workouts. This week we gave Tabata a try! Tabata features a workout consisting of 20 seconds physical activity, 10 seconds rest, repeat for 8 rounds. Thanks to Fit Club powered by The Art of Strength for kicking our butts with this workout!
